DEPOSITS
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling to secure the appointment. This deposit ensures that you are committed to the service appointment.
The deposit amount will be subtracted from the total amount and the remaining balance will be due on the treatment day following completion of the procedure. Please make sure to read the Pre and Post Care guidance properly and follow all the instructions.
BALANCE
The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment after the procedure is completed.
You can pay with credit card, debit card, cash or Venmo, although if you use any payments with cards, there will be a 3% transaction fee added. Therefore, we recommend our clients to pay via Venmo to avoid the additional 3% transaction fee. We DO NOT accept checks.
CANCELLATIONS
A 24 hours notice is required in order to cancel or reschedule. Your deposit will be forfeited if you notify us less than 24 hours, or are a no-call/no-show. An additional deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.
REFUND
Absolutely no refunds at all on any Privé Faces services. Once a deposit or full payment has been sent, client acknowledges and consents to the no refund policy.
GUARANTEES
Results will vary with clients and individual skin types. The Artist is committed to providing you with quality service at the highest standard. However, results are not guaranteed.
COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UPS (Permanent Makeup)
Complimentary touch up is only for new clients and is only included 6-8 weeks after the initial session. We recommend you schedule your complimentary touch up right after your initial session is completed.
Appointments are recommended as early as possible. If you don’t schedule your complimentary touch up within the 8 week time period, there will be an additional touch up fee. Also, additional touch ups might be necessary for sensitive, oily, problematic skin, dark-pigmented skin, and clients who do not follow the post care guidance properly. These would incur an additional charge for the touch ups.
TOUCH UPS (Permanent Makeup)
The touch up rates are only for returning clients. We do not offer the touch up rates for any other artists’ work.
A client with an existing or previous tattooing done by another artist is considered a new client and would be charged full price for any procedure.
LATENESS
We kindly ask our clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to any appointment to allow time to fill out forms and paperwork. Please notice if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, we have the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid unfair delays to other clients and your deposit will be forfeited as well. We understand that unpredictable circumstances may arise, but please understand that last minute changes affects not only other clients, but also your technician. We cannot rush perfection.
NO SHOWS
If you do not show up to your appointment the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel or no show for your complimentary touch up (Permanent makeup), you can reschedule your appointment and an additional touch up fee will apply.
NO CHILDREN
AND PET
No one else except the client is allowed in the treatment room. Due to our work environment and semi-invasive procedures, we kindly ask you not to bring any children or pets. If you do so we will reschedule you and the deposit will be forfeited.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
In order to receive any Permanent makeup procedure you must be 18 or older.
For other services if you are under 18, you require a written permission from your parents.
